Fanon (“Fanon” or “Company” or “We” or “Us” and their connotations) operates a website (URL: https://www.fanon.co/) (“Platform”) which is engaged in the service of providing an online platform for its users to upload and consume fanfiction and original literary works (“Service”).
The Platform gathers certain information with prior consent from any visitors of the Platform (collectively “Users” or “You”). Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms and Conditions.
